She specializes in helping her clients achieve their goals, over-come procrastination, and master their ADHD symptoms, so that they can live purposeful, joy-filled lives. Having a son with ADHD and also experiencing her own ADHD diagnosis as an adult, and being a therapist with specialized training in ADHD has given her the tools to help others learn to thrive in the face of obstacles.
