Michelle is a vibrant, metis, Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing for 15 years with extensive experience in providing holistic and culturally sensitive services to children and their families. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, a specialized bachelor of science degree with a major in psychology and numerous certificates in the field of mental health services, ranging from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, to Emotion Focused Therapy.
Her passion is helping individuals and families overcome obstacles that are holding them back, gaining a greater knowledge of who they are and where they fit on their journey through life. It is this passion to meet clients where they are today that she brings into her sessions in order to help those struggling. She has worked with countless clients navigating ADHD and is able to resonate with her clients through the lense of her own familial experiences navigating childhood and adult ADHD.
When she is not working , she finds herself raising a busy family, perpetually renovating her forever home, and can often be found in the wee hours of the day in her garden where she finds herself grounded and one with nature, feeling the soil between her toes and fingers.

Jennifer Bizzarri NP
Jennifer Bizzarri, MN, NP-PHC, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of healthcare experience across primary care, critical care, and neonatal and pediatric acute care transport. She holds a Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Regina.
Jennifer currently practices in primary care, works as a transport clinician with the Acute Care Transport Service (ACTS) at SickKids Hospital, and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU).
Jennifer’s interest in ADHD care stems from her experience supporting individuals whose symptoms have been misunderstood, overlooked, or attributed to other concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. She enjoys helping clients gain a deeper understanding of how ADHD may impact their daily lives and working collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans that build on their strengths.

Renée is a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years in community care and a keen interest in the management of ADHD and complex mood-related disorders.
Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience with ADHD, Renée is passionate about helping others recognize their strengths and develop practical, personalized strategies to manage challenges and improve wellbeing.
Renée is a member of CADDRA and has completed the ADHD Clinical Services Provider Certification Course. Renée earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2010, a Master of Science in Experimental Medicine from University of British Columbia in 2014, and a combined Master of Nursing–Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Toronto in 2016.

Samantha Southwell NP
Samantha is a skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience and a special interest in mental health. She has a research and academia history and has worked in many areas of nursing (including primary care for all ages, adult acute care, chronic disease management, house calls for the frail elderly, and cardiac care). She considers her experience, compassionate approach to comprehensive care, and promoting mental wellness paramount to helping individuals with ADHD feel empowered. Samantha combines her clinical knowledge, empathetic approach, and evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans to assist patients in optimizing their ADHD experience.

Lisa Willow
Lisa Willow is a Registered Social Worker, Counsellor, and ADHD Coach. She specializes in helping her clients achieve their goals, over-come procrastination, and master their ADHD symptoms, so that they can live purposeful, joy-filled lives. Having a son with ADHD and also experiencing her own ADHD diagnosis as an adult, and being a therapist with specialized training in ADHD has given her the tools to help others learn to thrive in the face of obstacles. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, along with CADDRA’s evidenced based ADHD program for health care providers, Peg Dawson’s ADHD Coaching Program, and she is trained as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. Additionally, she is certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and is informed by Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Today Lisa offers strengths based individual coaching and counselling services, and group programs for adults with ADHD.
