Michelle is a vibrant, metis, Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing for 15 years with extensive experience in providing holistic and culturally sensitive services to children and their families. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, a specialized bachelor of science degree with a major in psychology and numerous certificates in the field of mental health services, ranging from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, to Emotion Focused Therapy.
Her passion is helping individuals and families overcome obstacles that are holding them back, gaining a greater knowledge of who they are and where they fit on their journey through life. areas of nursing (including primary care for all ages, adult acute
care, chronic disease management, house calls for the frail elderly,

Lisa Willow is a Registered Social Worker, Counsellor, and ADHD Coach. She specializes in helping her clients achieve their goals, over-come procrastination, and master their ADHD symptoms, so that they can live purposeful, joy-filled lives. Having a son with ADHD and also experiencing her own ADHD diagnosis as an adult, and being a therapist with specialized training in ADHD has given her the tools to help others learn to thrive in the face of obstacles. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, along with CADDRA’s evidenced based ADHD program for health care providers, Peg Dawson’s ADHD Coaching Program, and she is trained as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. Additionally, she is certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and is informed by Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
